Joining a new practice can be an intimidating process. At Mason Spine & Injury Center, we understand that and do our best to take care of you every step of the way. You’ll be walked through the new patient process and treated just like we’d want a member of our family to be treated.

Your First Visit
Please print out the new patient paperwork on our website and bring it in with you completed. With these forms done, your appointment will take just 30-40 minutes.
You’ll meet one-on-one with Dr. Reid to discuss your concerns. A comprehensive chiropractic examination will be done, which may include X-rays, if appropriate.
The next day, Dr. Reid will share his findings after evaluating all the information gathered at your first appointment. You can invite a member of your family to accompany you if you’d like. You’ll go over an analysis of what we need to solve your problem and keep it from returning again.
Your lifestyle choices, current challenges and future goals will all be considered. Our recommendations will address all aspects of your life.
We don’t want you to have to wait. If you are here on time, you’ll be seen promptly. You’ll be given a chiropractic adjustment and any needed therapies or exercises. You can ask all the questions you have, too.
